One of my most recent encounter with interpersonal communication problems happened a month ago at my workplace with my boss. Now don't get me wrong, she is a nice person and I generally work very well with her but it was just that particular incident in the process of getting work done that day. So the following was what happened.  One month ago, some client forms had to be submitted and I was tasked to do it as my boss was overseas. However before I could submit them, I had to date them. Therefore, a set of instructions were sent to me via message and it was as follows: "Must help date each form some on 22nd some 21st and some on 23rd but 23rd ones must only submit on 23rd afternoon k. Keep in touch when you come in." As you can see from the text, there were a lot of dates and it was rather confusing.So on the day I went to the office, I did not know which dates she wanted on each form and as she was not contactable, I went to consult with other colleagues. ...
